About me…
Hi, my name is Gemma Webster, a.k.a Gemma at Fourteen.
I specialise in permanent makeup; brows, eyeliner and lip blush and ive been in the business since 2019.
I trained with Dovile Paulauskaite, under the Agnes Permanent training programme and I have completed further masterclasses with her too.
I am a multi-award winning artist from Staffordshire and currently 3 times winner for Best SPMU Artist of the year for the West Midlands.
